Nanci Ott, our travel agent treats you like a close friend. She listens to what you want, then directs you in the right direction. My only complaint is that I wish we would have listened to her when she said this was nowhere near the kind of cruise we had last time. I honestly think if we would have contacted her while we were on this cruise and told her that we wanted to go home, that she would have figured out a way to get us back. I'm already thinking about the next vacation we'll book with her.

Very good. However, when we had issues with our flights, I was not able to make any changes, I was told I had to go through my travel agent. I would have liked better and more flexibility regarding upgrades and priority baording.

We had some challenge with our tour being cancelled and then being charged for rebooking even though it was out of our control. Our agent heard us and went to bat for us to get that money refunded to us.
